  The corner of Alafaya boulevard and lake thunderhill. ( Drive through ) Not friendly at all!!!! A simple smile goes along ways.... The way you ( look ) goes along ways... The way you act when greeting customers goes a long ways. SOOO... SMILE, LOOK and ACT LIKE A GROWN UP.....

  This McDonald’s is a joke at this point. They never have anything.. no strawberry shakes, no chocolate milk for the happy meals, all the sodas they give out are flat! No lemonade for months! You can’t upgrade fries, and somehow a “large” drink turns into whatever size they feel like giving you (but still charge full price, of course). And don’t even try to fix your order; staff will hit you with an attitude like you’re the problem. The looks alone are crazy. Save your time, money, and patience. This location stays disappointing.

  This place by far has the slowest drive service known to man. Every time I have been there it's the same slow shitty service. Left me at the order board for 5 mins and didn't say a word. Trash.

  Did a mobile order and food came out incorrect. Was told to come inside after going to the drive through and employees were all just standing around and offering no assistance. This is the fourth time we have had issues with this McDonalds. I think we are going to have to drive a bit further to a different location from now on.

  I ordered a Deluxe Spicy McCrispy Meal. When I got home and opened the bag, I noticed the top bun had mold on it. It is currently midnight, and I do not want to replace it (as i’m sure this bun was kept in the same space with all of the other bread, don’t want more mold!). I’m not one to write reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable, there is no way someone could look at this bun and think it’s okay to serve.
