  I’ve been coming here for years and I never had so many issues like I have nowadays. At this location ever since the Asian manager (I don’t know his name) has been working here, all I have is issues. I get it, pricing has gone up and now you even charge for sauce. It went from 23 cents to 27 cents to only when he’s working 53 cents and when you look at the receipt it literally says 2 sauces (double the charge) you only get one and they give you a small container. Unless you’re pouring double the amount you shouldn’t charge double for it. The guy at the window even apologized because they usually don’t do that. 53 cents for a bit of sauce is ridiculous. I don’t know if it’s me, but every time he’s there and he sees my name my order is either messed up or I get an up charge on sauce. I purchase here almost every week and I pay a lot of money. It’s not like I’m asking just for sauce. Even when I’m told there’s a charge I say “that’s fine”. Why is it that I ordered Large fries (3) and I received what looked like small fries and even then the small fries bag was filled in its entirety while the Large fries were empty. What the hell is going on with this place? Is it because I used a 20% off that you remove 20% of the fries now? What’s the purpose of the app if it’s only going to cause problems with the restaurant/franchise. Also, I attempted to call the location 4 times to speak to a manager and the operator said “I’m sorry your call did not go through, please try again later.” And it’s drops. Someone please explain this crap.

  Las comidas a domicilio siempre me salen mal nunca le ponen cucharas ni straws, además no agregan las salsas que uno indica, las bebidas siempre se están botando
