McDonald's has been the best fish that is out there in my opinion. I'm not a tarter sauce eater with any other fish but it is something about McDonald's that I want extra. With Easter just passing it seems that most fast food places get fish on the menu for Lent, however I haven't found one that could compare to the goodness of McDonald's. I have tried several and NOT one could I eat with only tarter sauce, it had to be a deluxe with everything except because I did forget to mention I'm not a yellow cheese eater either and McDonald's gets that right always. I will always go back if I'm wanting a good old fish sandwich and recommend it to everyone who wants the best.

They charged me for a hot fudge sundae, gave it to me incomplete because supposedly they ran out of chocolate. I offered them to give me a mini Mcflurry Oreo so they wouldn’t have to bother too much, and they gave me an M&M one instead. Lousy service and just charging for an item that they can’t even fulfill.

Service is just terrible, nobody at the counter, everyone in the kitchen, even those they making the eye contact they don’t come to help, one ( I assume) manager on the phone, another one just turned around after seeing me asking for assistance!
They give non completed order away and then you have to wait and remind several people that you missing part of the order.

I visited this McDonald’s drive-thru and was told their soda machine was broken, so I had to choose a different drink. I was then charged extra for the replacement. When I asked why, I was told “because it’s an upcharge,” and when I questioned it, I was met with a rude “then don’t get a drink.”
It wasn’t about the cost—it was the lack of customer care. With no other option available, the manager made no effort to resolve it, and staff were unfriendly and spoke negatively about me. I paid without further discussion, but left very disappointed. Such a small opportunity to do the right thing was missed.

I ordered two cheeseburger packs and asked to add four Cokes. From the moment I placed the order to reaching the payment window, it took about 10 minutes. After paying, they told me to pull up to the next window. It then took around 5 minutes for someone to even come to the window just to tell me to wait further ahead.
After waiting another 5-10 minutes, someone finally brought the food and left. I assumed they were going to bring the four cokes I ordered, but after about 3 minutes no one came back. I had to knock on the window several times before someone came over, which took about another 5 minutes.
When I told them the drinks were missing, they asked to see my receipt. The receipt showed that the employee who took my order had accidentally charged me for two extra medium fries instead of the four Cokes. Mistakes happen, I understand that, so it wasn’t a big deal to me. I simply asked if they could switch it and charge me for the drinks instead.
They said they had to talk to the manager to process a refund. To make things easier, I told them not to worry about the refund and that they could just charge me for the four Cokes. After disappearing again for about 5 more minutes, the employee came back and told me that I would need to go back to the first window and order them again.
At that point i had already been waiting for more than 30 minutes total. Expecting a customer to go back through the entire slow drivethru line again because of a mistake on the order is honestly frustrating and unnecessary. I understand this is fast food and not a fine dining restaurant, but basic organization and customer service shouldn’t be this difficult.
