  IM SO TIRED OF BEING PARKED!! tell me WHY yall will litterally park 6 cars at a time and them some dont get parked at all. Yall are just LYING on your drive thru times. AND WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME HALF MY MEAL AND THEN THE OTHER HALF AFTER 10 MINUTES OF BEING PARKED? Like yall want half my stuff to be cold by the time I get home?

  Everyone I know including my family will go out of their way to AVOID this McDonalds at all costs. I rather drive 20 minutes out of the way for better service. Every single time I go through there's a long wait. Today I was asked to pull into parking spot 1. They brought one order out and it was incorrect. We let them know that we placed 2 orders and only received one. The boy acknowledged that as if he was going to let the kitchen know.. we waited for a while and had to call the store for the order, they were unprofessional on the phone, the kid that brought it out did not greet us whatsoever, did not acknowledge the delay, incorrect order, and did not apologize for any of the inconveniences. I've never experienced such horrible service. When the fries came out they were cold and unsalted, not something I would typically complain about but after unprofessional service, receiving incorrect orders, and waiting longer than it should've taken, at the very least I would've expected the fries to be fresh. Will continue to go out of my way for better service and will continue to let others know that this McDonald's should be avoided unless you want to consistently wait a long time for a wrong order, cold food, and unprofessional service.

  This is unacceptable as I’m eating I notice the texture and taste is weird and decide to look at my food and see the inside is COMPLETELY RAW!!!!!!! Then I go to eat my nuggets and as I’m dipping one I noticed either dog hair or human hair on my nugget. I don’t have animals and I have dread locs like what the actual

  Who decides to clean the coffee making machine at 7AM on a MONDAY morning? I got up extra early just so I could get some breakfast and a coffee before going to work, after getting 3 hours of sleep and having to work a 16-hour day today. The Mcmuffin sandwiches I got were lukewarm and rubbery. I ordered a frappe on the app and the manager told me that they clean the Frappuccino machines on Monday morning. Smart. Great idea guys. Monday morning is definitely a prime time to be cleaning the coffee maker.
