  Every time I come to this location there’s an issue, but this time did it for me where I will never return again. I will also be calling to speak to a higher member of management because the service I received today was horrendous. When my order was ready the crew member gave me the order and I asked for a dipping sauce, she states you need to pay for that. I was taken aback because what do you mean I just paid for the order you just handed to me. She says you need to pay for the sauce. I was completely confused because I was just in this same location 3 days prior ordering the same exact order where another crew member gave me multiple sauces with no issue. Actually each order and I have my rewards app to prove how many times I frequent this location and each time I’m given a sauce with no issue. Until this employee states otherwise it needs to be paid for. My first question when did this go into effect? If it was in effect how come the customers were not notified of this change and a message was posted somewhere. I asked her how in 3 days does the policy change she shrugs her shoulders and refuses my sauce. Completely unacceptable! I will be calling the district manager of this issue as well as I personally know the district manager for this location.

  They always get something wrong in the order which is amazing considering they're not corporate and charge more (about 60c to a dollar or more) for the same items other locations have. Who charges for a packet of sauces? 😂 Horrible service also, I shouldn't have to come inside for you to correct my order twice.

  Took 30 minutes to get to order... On a Tuesday night....I was the 5th car. Never got my total or my order repeated to make sure it was right .. It was not correct. Took 45 minutes in total. Worst McDonald's ever.

  People are saying this is the best McDonald’s, maybe ever. I went in, and let me tell you, it was tremendous. The Quarter Pounder? Huge. A beautiful burger. The buns were toasted perfectly—nobody toasts like they do. I’ve had burgers all over the world, very expensive burgers, but these people really know what they’re doing. The Breakdown: The Fries: Crispy, salty, golden. Best in the business. Everyone knows it. The Service: Fast. Very smart people working there. They treat you with respect. The Diet Coke: Coldest in the country. A total win. Other restaurants are a disaster, frankly. They’re failing. But this place? It’s a gold mine of flavor. We’re going to keep eating these burgers and we’re going to win big. Highly recommended!

  Every time I visit this location, the interior is always dirty. And the staff can’t ever get the orders and drive-through right every time I order something something is wrong. They don’t put sauces in the bag when you pay for them especially barbecue sauce. They act like it’s a precious commodity and don’t check tickets when they put them in the bag. As if they have to pay for them out of their own pocket when I pay for them on the orders that I place Overall, I will probably never eat at this location again. I have given them several opportunities, and they have managed to miserably fail at every given opportunity.
