  Are you serious, look at your camera it is 7:36 pm I just left your store. The Spanish guy is the only one working and running the drive through while the other two hide out, one was cooking on the phone

  I was passing thru coming from a doctor appointment out there and my daughter wanted McDonald's off kids I hated McDonald's 😒 I didn't order but my child wanted some so I place a order online and waited about 5 mins decided to get my daughter cup then lady was saying she would had get drink back here cause soda machine in lobby wasn't working.. so she handed us a empty freaking cup!! If soda machine ain't working y give us a cup??? Ugh waited waited waited waited ugh I got angry had the nerves to ask me for receipt maybe u should ask for my order number Instead of insult like I'm a their. Finally after 15 mins waited for her order still waiting for the drink lady who gave her the bag said OK need a sprite act like she went to go get it then bam back to drive thru working on other orders now we waiting we got out food where the dawn drink!! Fully complete service then move on dawn! Never coming back!! Yall make so much money but to dawn service sucks!!! And fix ya machines!!!

  Blue shirt guy rather text on his phone then acknowledge me. I made a mobile order 20mins ago while in the store. A front counter girl told the texting blue shirt that I’m here for a pick up and he had no urgency whatsoever. The customers who ordered in store have all gotten their order already and I’m still waiting for my mobile order.

  This location actually went the extra mile to cover our meal after a bad experience at the OBT & Oak Ridge location. The manager was courteous, and the food was made with no issues.

  I’m not sure if this is a corporate location or a franchise however, what I experienced this morning, March 2nd, at 8:45 a.m. at your McDonald’s location was gross, uncalled for and unprofessional. I had a miscommunication with two female employees at the front desk, which led to incorrect information about my order. As a result, mishandled my order and was then asked to pay an additional $2.79 again for one single hash brown, despite my clear need for accurate information. The employees showed a lack of concern and professionalism, and this was a huge inconvenience for me. As a customer, I expect better, especially in a situation where I needed prompt and accurate assistance. This is not just a service failure but also a missed opportunity for revenue.
