  Did a review saying it would give free food (fries, ice cream, coke) and I made a review and showed them and they didn’t give me nothing. Such a shitty service

  Literally if I could give negative stars, I would. At least for the late night shifts. I work until 1 AM or even 2 AM sometimes, and McDonald’s is my only option on my way home after a very long shift. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered what I usually get, that’s the drive-through, two double cheese no onions, a medium fry, large Diet Coke. The soda, first of all, looked like bubbly iced tea. The series is basically gone, and it tastes absolutely terrible. That’s not even the worst of the experience. My two double cheeseburgers, sure it had no onions, they at least got that part correct. But they gave me the tiny flat regular burgers, and I didn’t even realize until I got home. A lot of the time I don’t eat a single thing all day long until 2am when I’m getting home, which is when I sometimes stop at McDonalds. So if you’re having not eaten, I was pretty hungry, and it’s simply not enough. The fries, well I had to reverse back to the window for this. I reached into the bag and they were ICE COLD, as if they’d been sitting out on the counter for 30 minutes not even under a heat lamp. The girl at the window was highly unprofessional about it. She didn’t say a single word, just took the sleeve of cold fries, and brought out fresh ones a minute later. BUT SHE HANDED THE NEW SLEEVE OF FRIES OVER NOT EVEN IN A BAG. She was not wearing gloves, and was holding it by pinching it at the top so her knuckles were grazing a few French fries. Absolutely unacceptable. At this point I’m too tired from working nonstop moving around 10 hours in a busy restaurant that I just took the fries from her and left. The work ethic of these kids is disgraceful, unprofessional, and embarrassing. Now late at night when I’m on my way home from work (which is already a 45 minute commute), I might just have to go 10 more minutes out of my way to get something of acceptable quality. Absolutely unbelievable.

  I wish I had an option to put 0 stars. This store had us pull into a # line to wait an extra 3-4 minutes ( exact words from the drive through employee) & these people completely forgot about us. The order was placed at 2:18pm & at 2:31pm , I had to go inside & grab my order. Not only that but the food wasn’t hot anymore. I wanted to turn back but due to me having my kid in my car I did not want to cause any conflict in front of him. I’ll never go there again.
