  Phillip, Andrew, Jakeria, and Chris, were amazing with helping my family and I with everything around Main Event!!! I will definitely be returning to this location, and I strongly recommend everyone that loves fun games, bowling, and more, to go check out this place!

  Very fun place overall. They have bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and a lot of different activities, so it’s easy to spend hours there without even noticing. There’s parking right next to it, which makes everything very convenient. It’s a great spot to go with family or friends — the place is big, clean, organized, and spacious, with a really nice atmosphere. Service is OK, nothing outstanding but it works. The food, for my taste, was a bit underwhelming and could definitely be better. In places like this, you usually don’t focus too much on the food, but I still think it could use an upgrade. Prices are fair for what they offer. Overall, I recommend it.

  We came here for a company outing and had a wonderful time. Staff was all very friendly, especially Andy who attended our event. He was very attentive and kind, he explained everything in our package and gave us a tour of the facility before we got started and even brought our dessert to the bowling table from the catering area.

  Main event was okay! A lot of games did not work, and no attendance of a staff was visible for us to get our points back! We literally had to run them down. Also, the restrooms were too dirty, the machine to check your card for points also did not work. I mean, what’s the point to have fun when everything is down and not working.

  I’m giving this a 5 out of 5 because of the amazing time that we had from the beginning to almost the end. I’m not going to drop the grade because of a bad egg, but I have to say Julissa went above and beyond to make sure my girls and I had an amazing experience for being the first time there and asking her recommendations. Every single person that we encountered were so kind, friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We had a ton of fun until we encountered Tony, who totally bummed out my experience. We bought the play all day pass for me and my 9 year old, but obviously can’t leave my 4 year old out. I was able to easily play one really fun laser tag game with our host that stayed close with us and my little one with me the whole time. Little one wanted to go again and Tony was so adamant to definitely not let my little one go even though it was just the 3 of us. Until we encountered Tony, we had an amazing time. Went home and raved to all of our family and hoping to keep our girl’s birthday there (that’s how much she loved it). Only thing, if the little one who is just a tad shy from the 48” requirement for “laser tag” (whoever made up that rule may have to reconsider, because the short ones like to have fun too) I won’t be happily choosing. Definitely a great spot for families! We did bowling, ate some yummy foods, laser tag and arcade. There was much more to do but just that experience made the girlies tired and the prices were so great! Thank you to all that made our time worth while, especially Julissa! As for Tony, it’s ok to bend the not so harsh rules once in a while… it’s not like I was letting her go on the gravity fall! Just a mom and her girls having a day out and know that you did kinda changed the mood :-/
