  The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. When they didn’t have what we asked for they had multiple staff members come to our aide and made sure that we were satisfied. We love Kim and will be back when we visit again!

  We visited Just Scrap all the way from Spain and had such a fantastic experience! Debbie, who took care of us, was incredibly kind, attentive, and gave us great recommendations that made everything even better. She truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We tried the King Crab and it was an absolute hit—delicious and perfectly prepared. Everything we had was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was just great. Highly recommended—we will definitely be coming back!

  We come here almost everytime we are on I-Drive. Debbie has been our server several times. She is attentive and knows the menu. We enjoy this location very much. Crab boils are the best!!

  The food here isn't good anymore. I was a fan of Joe's Crab Shack when it was in South Florida. In the last 8 years they've closed all of their restaurants in the South Florida area and the closest restaurant is in Orlando so every time I went to Orlando I looked forward to making this trip to getting my crav fix from Joe. I visited this location on Tuesday March 24 and ordered the Joes Classic and this was terrible! The Cajun seasoning was dreadfully disgusting and I think my days of looking forward to making this visit is now behind me.

  Visited the establishment for a birthday. Food was really good. I’m surprised they did not have raw oysters. Servers and waiters were really nice. There was a group of 5 next to us who was talking very loud And obnoxious. Would have preferred for staff to ask them to quiet it down. Other than that it was really nice
