  Subs were horrible. Been to Jimmy Johns at several different locations. Subs have always been amazing . I was in Orlando visiting Parks and decided to stop and grab some food. Wow, what a disappointment. No steak subs, so opted for turkey tom. Well let me tell you, this location is definitely skimping on portions. Barely any turkey and veggies. Cheddar cheese was weirdly hard. Obviously would have taken back but we got our food and got on 1-4. Should have gotten Publix Subs. Avoid this location if you are vacationing and not familiar with this area.

  Decided to give Jimmy John's a shot today after not having it for a few years… My turkey sub had 2 slices of turkey on it. No exaggeration, 2 slices. On what planet is this acceptable? I go back into the store to ask about it, show them the effectively empty sub roll, and they defend it. They claim all sandwiches get 3 slices of turkey (even though my wife got 2), which amounts to 66 g or 2.33 oz. Nothing else - just a “sorry” and no offer to make it right or refund. And the worst part: even JJ corporate customer service defends this. A “recipe that has been perfected over time.” Just unacceptably horrible when there are so many other options nearby.

  The young black girl serving at the front at 2pm has a serious attitude problem, if you hate your job so much quit. I ask which sandwich was her favourite as we are travellers from Australia, her response “I don’t like any of them”. I order a potato salid and didn’t receive it. When I asked her the response I got with an eye roll a sarcastic tone is “it’s in the fridge”. When I asked for cutlery the same response with another eye roll and sarcastic tone”it’s over there”

  Best location and staff in my opinion! They make a great sub and you can always count on them for their terrific cookies!
