  The place is too small and tight for concerts, they sell more tickets than the venue's capacity. If you don't buy a VIP upgrade you're treated like a low class person, have to stand in line under the burning sun for hours to get inside, while someone from the venue walks back and forth along the line trying to sell you those upgrades. The doors never opened at the designated time, so we had to wait even more. The merch tables are located who knows where, no signs anywhere, you have to spend even more time to find them. If you enjoy the sight of drunk people and overturned trash cans then this is the place.

  We had a great time here. We were seated in about 25 minutes, enjoyed a few drinks, and the live music created a really nice atmosphere. The seafood was very good, and the BBQ chicken salad was a standout. Service was smooth and attentive overall. My partner tried a vegan option and wasn’t too impressed, but everything else made up for it. If you are planning to stay for a show, I would strongly recommend making reservations in advance and keeping your receipt. It can get very crowded around showtime, so arriving early and having everything confirmed ahead of time makes the experience much smoother.

  First time here. I went to a concert. My brother seemed to walk into a VIP area or something and they took him away. I was alerted and I went to find out what was going on. They didn't give any explanation and said that we were intoxicated. I don't know about my brother, but I knew their statement was untrue. I only had a Miller light and I was driving so I knew I couldn't really drink heavily. They took our green bands off. Again, no explanation on what had happened or why I was being punished for something I had nothing to do with. Later, someone from our group bought us a beer and when somebody from security saw us, they kicked us out of the place. First time ever I've been kicked out of a place and with no explanation. I tried to ask them what my brother did that was so wrong, but they wouldn't answer. I missed the last part of the concert, which I paid because I love the band. Be careful with this place. They have a bunch of kids managing and they really don't know how to manage an adult crowd. At least if they had told me what my brother did that was so wrong, I would have dealt with the situation. But penalizing me for something I had nothing to do with and not giving me an explanation... And then making me loose money because I couldn't see the show I paid for...

  I ordered the Yardbird. It says it is a bourbon-butter brushed fried chicken breast. Served with Cole slaw and a dill pickle. i asked for no pickles and no slaw, I despise pickles. I found out after started eating that they brine it with pickles. I would have not ordered it if I had known that. Our waitress was great she offered to replace it with something else. We were on a tight schedule so we couldn’t do that. Also my daughter ordered nachos with no bbq & onions. It came out with bbq on it. Our waitress did take that back and they made it very quickly. I had onions rings and they were bleh. We also ordered a cup of gumbo which she like very much. Great atmosphere & service, terrible food.
