  What an amazing experience I had yesterday at Giordano's in Orlando! I was in town for a Sign Expo and stopped for a late lunch. Mira was training a new dude and was the most engaging waitress I've EVER met! She was knowledgeable, kind and just a joy to be around. 💯💯 The food was amazing and I have to admit, Mira and I made a new menu item. I ordered the boneless wings and as we talked, I decided to add the Parmesan rub on my barbecue chicken wings! It turned out to be a "classic choice" and I'll order it whenever I'm back over there. Thanks Mira for making my visit a wonderful experience, and best of luck with your college degree studies! I know you'll ace them! I highly recommend Giordano's and I'll be back for the incredible sandwich, salad and wings! Give Mira a raise....she deserves it!

  Walked in advised where to wait at the counter after five minutes no-show I had to go and get someone to tell me get some over-the-counter. This is for a pick up order after waiting five minutes someone appeared I was told it was $28 for a thin crust pizza . At the check counter the person said to sign for the order on the pad out. There was a tip embedded into the check out pad not authorized it was removed after I complained but it takes 5 days to get credited I was told. When Il looked in the pizza box of this thin crust pizza, it was cut like 16 times when I got home, I tasted the pizza and the very bottom was very doughy For something of this price $28 I would expect a thin crust pizza and crisp bottom. I am not from the state, very disappointed in the pizzeria, and all the signs saying how good it is. I don’t know where the other reviews come from, but in my opinion, not good at all. I would not recommend the pizzeria .

  I ordered a pepperoni pizza at 5 pm. Arrive slightly before 7 pm. It was left outside my door, no knock, no bell. If I hadn't checked the app, I would never have known. Opened the box and the pizza was stone cold. Written on the box were the words UBER! DON'T TOUCH. I now cannot stop thinking about what an uber driver might have done to my pizza. I called the restaurant to share my unsatisfactory experience, and immediately get shunted to hold music. No " Please hold", nothing. On hold until the phone timed out and hung up. Several repeated calls, same thing. I would love to hear from you, Giordano's, but do not expect to.

  Completely caught us off guard with how excellent this pizza place would turn out to be! Always seems we leave a pizza place feeling thirsty because the meal was super salty. Ordered a BBQ chicken and bacon pizza with pineapple on a traditional crust. The crust was amazing, and pizza did not sit in my gut making me feel like I needed a huge glass of water after. And even better, our server, Amalia (not 100% sure on spelling), was beyond polite, attentive and courteous. A real gem. We hope she is truly appreciated and valued because she is a genuine treasure.

  Dear Giordano’s Team, I consider myself someone who truly enjoys exploring great pizza experiences around the country, and I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Giordano’s in other locations before. Those experiences were amazing from top to bottom, which is why this recent visit to your Orlando location was especially disappointing. I visited the Giordano’s location near my work area close to closing time. There were only a few customers waiting to be seated. My coworker and I placed a 12” pizza order to go and waited outside for our food. A short time later, our work schedule changed and we realized we had enough time to stay and eat there instead. When my coworker politely asked the employee if it would be possible to switch from takeout to dining in, the reaction, facial expression, and overall attitude we received did not feel comfortable or professional. It gave us the impression that we were unwelcome, and honestly, it felt like we were being treated with negativity and bad judgment for simply asking a respectful question. What made the experience even more disappointing is that we had already left a 20% tip on a takeout order, which we did gladly as a gesture of appreciation. Because of that, being met with that kind of attitude felt even more disrespectful and upsetting. As customers, we value not only the quality of the food, but also the way we are treated. Unfortunately, this interaction did not reflect the level of service and hospitality I have experienced at other Giordano’s locations. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe customer service matters, and I hope this situation can be addressed so future guests feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated. Thank you for your time and attention.
