  We recently enjoyed a date night at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar on 3/28/2026, and it was such a wonderful experience! We usually visit the Tampa, Florida location, but decided to switch things up and try Orlando, Florida this time. While the Orlando Sands Lake restaurant is a bit smaller, we were so happy to receive the same high level of service we’re used to plus a few extra special touches that really stood out. One of the highlights of our evening was when Melissa Rizvi, a Regional Sales Associate, stopped by our table to introduce herself. That personal interaction truly made our night feel extra special. She took the time to chat with us and even checked in on how everything was going. Our server Jessica was absolutely phenomenal always smiling, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She allowed us to enjoy our date night by not rushing us and she pop over often to check on us. She made excellent recommendations for our steak and chicken dishes, and even suggested a wine pairing that complemented the meal perfectly. We were also impressed by Manager Melissa Gordon, who made it a point to check on us and ensure everything was going smoothly. It was refreshing to see management so visible and engaged with guests. The Orlando Sands Lake location really has that special touch making you feel like a celebrity with their hands-on approach and genuine hospitality.   One of the best steakhouses in Orlando. The service was truly exceptional—attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel genuinely special from the moment we arrived. We came to express our gratitude to someone very dear to us, and they elevated the entire experience in such a beautiful way. They surprised us with truffles presented in a lovely box and celebratory glasses of champagne 🥂. To top it all off, they went above and beyond by taking a photo and framing it, capturing a moment we’ll always cherish. Kudos to this restaurant for creating one of my favorite dining experiences. Truly unforgettable.

  ★★★★★ If you are looking for a place to host VIP clients or enjoy a high quality family outing, this is it. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar hit it out of the park from start to finish. We were a large group, and to be honest, many of us routinely entertain clients and are pretty picky when it comes to both food and service. That is what made this experience stand out even more. TJ set the tone immediately as valet. Friendly, efficient, and dialed in. First impressions matter and he got it right. Inside, Britney and Alyssa were exceptional. Very attentive without hovering, professional but still warm and easy to talk to. Not pretentious, just high class service done the right way. You can tell when people take pride in what they are doing and both of them clearly do. We went all in on the food and it showed. Seafood towers and charcuterie to start, both outstanding and perfect for the table. I had the scalloped potatoes which were fantastic, along with asparagus, and the aged ribeye. That cut melted in my mouth like butter and was cooked perfectly. Everything came out timed right, nothing rushed, nothing delayed. It felt like a well run system backed by people who know how to execute. Most of our group works in service roles out in the field and many of us rely on tips, so we know what great service actually looks like. That is exactly what we experienced here. I do not know if management rewards team members when they are recognized in reviews, but I hope they do. As a 30 year veteran franchise operations director, this is exactly the type of people and service I would want representing my business. Five stars all the way. We will absolutely be back.

  I went for the first time last month and I had a perfect date with my husband for our anniversary, excellent service, no mistakes in my food (which is very usual when you are allergic to black pepper), the steak was delicious. I loved so much the little extra attention to the ocation, made me feel very special. I will definitely come back

  We celebrated our last two wedding anniversaries at Fleming's because, for us, it was the experience. The staff always make us feel special, like they have some kind of heads-up that people are having special dinner. Jessica and Rachel were so friendly and attentive. They didn't do it because it was their job but because they enjoy what they do. And of course, the prime rib. It was delicious. I may have had better steaks in South Africa but who wants to drive all the way to Johannesburg?
