Why do you have only 6 workers total for the night shift on a busy Saturday night? This is not a negative review towards the staff but towards the establishment and management. Your employees are busy busting their behinds , clearly stressed to serve and assist every customer as fast and efficiently as they can. At least more than 30 people waiting around for food and you have 6 people total on staff? No manager aiding. 1 person at drink station , 1 on grill , 2 on assembly , 1 on fry and 1 on the dining . You’ve got to be kidding me. Waited an HOUR for a MOBILE ORDER to be fulfilled due to the lack of staff. Clearly you need to start hiring more people to help out. I was about jump back there and start helping them for how bad I felt for them. Poor establishment and management team it seems. Yuck! Amazing staff though and I hope you read this to them for metrics as well.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
