- JBJames BrothersMar 29, 20261.0I visited this restaurant on Friday March the 27th when I was visiting Orlando and I did not get what I ordered. I called the restaurant spoke to Nell who said I would be getting a full refund and I would be getting a call back when the refund was processed I did not hear from no one I just called today spoke to Brandon who then called the general manager Nell who stated that I would have to drive all the way from Jacksonville and come back to the store and get a $10 card. Very unacceptable.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
