  There used to be a Fazoli’s across the street that closed some years back and I only went once. Since this location opened after a long absence I decided to give it another shot. I was warmly greeted by the staff and food was on par with my expectations. I make a point to frequent this location now at least twice a month since it’s near my office. The food and service value does not disappoint for the money. JD usually delivers my order to the table and will check on guests regularly and may even bring extra breadsticks upon request!

  Fazoli’s was the best in the 90’s. Then they left. They brought back and I was so happy! Now they have lost me as a customer. They changed the Italian ice flavor!!! It’s disgusting now. Why would they change it! The Alfredo sauce also tastes different and nasty. They removed the fried mozzarella from the menu. But the biggest disappointment was the Italian ice flavor change. 😩!!! I don’t eat any other fast food and this was my one place! No more unfortunately. But I guess that saves my health from bad fast food.

  Fazoli's has always been a staple in my childhood memories but there aren't many near me where I am in Texas. So I was more than happy to see there was one down the street from me here. I'll start off with a special thanks to Angel for making it a pleasant experience as Fazoli's has always been for me. She was patient with our indecisiveness, energetic and she had a good sense of humor to boot. As you can see I ordered the Supreme Pizza spaghetti bake (or whatever it was called). Not pictured was a side salad. Both were exceptional. The spaghetti was fresh and flavorful and was the perfect rendition of a supreme pizza. The salad was sizable and delicious. We also got two helpings of breadsticks that as always bring back memories from my child hood. With the great food, kind and attentive staff, and a clean well maintained facility, I highly recommend Fazzoli's and especially this location. Will be coming back soon as many times as I can while I'm in Florida.

  Food here is always awesome, I found out about fazoli’s a couple of years ago thanks to my wife who had brought me to a different location for my first experience, and I must say the experience was great and it gave me a standard to expect and coming to this location on colonial meets and surpasses my expectations, great food like always, delicious bread sticks, great friendly service. Thank you Virginia for providing great service and attention, thank you to all the crew in this location for being awesome 😎

  My husband and I placed an online order and arrived a little early, so we decided to go inside and enjoy some breadsticks while we waited. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great, and every employee we interacted with up front was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was one major issue that completely changed the experience. While standing at the counter waiting, we could clearly hear the cook in the back loudly complaining about our online order modifications. He was yelling about how “ridiculous” the order was and even said, “This is the problem with society and why society is doomed.” He had no idea we were the ones who placed the order and were standing right there listening. For context, my modification wasn’t even complicated — I simply asked to substitute the sauce and have it on the side. That’s it. I’ve worked in hospitality for over 10 years, and I understand that some orders can be frustrating, but that’s part of the job. Guests should never be spoken about like that, especially loudly enough for them to hear. We all have bad days, but that attitude needs to be left at the door. Honestly, it made me uncomfortable enough that I was nervous to even eat the food afterward, because you never know what someone angry might do. I truly hate leaving complaints because everything else was wonderful, but being publicly insulted and hearing comments like that was unacceptable. Everyone else was amazing — but that experience really needs to be addressed.
