The staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care at all. No apology, no effort to fix the problem, no concern for the customer’s experience. Just attitudes and indifference. This place is overpriced, poorly run, and clearly has zero quality control. I wasted my money and my time, and I regret even stopping here. If you’re thinking about eating at this Wingstop, save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else. I will NEVER be coming back.

Go back to grab them and they accuse of lying and said there were fries in the bag…. Like a legit argument. And you wonder why this place has bad reviews. We thought we would give them a try. Guess where we won’t be going again. Admit when you’re wrong. Don’t accuse me about lying about the potato sticks in a bag. It wasn’t even a problem. But they made it one.

I asked why I wasn’t given a ranch and was made aware that if you don’t order a combo then you have to order ranch separately. I have never ordered wings from anywhere and was told I would have to buy ranch because I didn’t order a combo. Apparently wing stop is now becoming ranch stop! #MoneyHungry #ConsumersAreNotAppreciated
