- BLbibiana lopezFeb 20, 20261.0I am a loyal Wendy’s customer, and today I ordered chicken tenders with fries, along with a hamburger and nuggets. Unfortunately, the fries and chicken were quite dark and had a slightly bitter taste, which made me think the frying oil may have been very overused and burned. I truly enjoy Wendy’s food and normally love the freshness and flavor, so I just wanted to kindly share this feedback. Thank you for your attention and commitment to quality.

So I can to the store with respect and kind asking for a manager. Keith gave me the worst customer service ever I don’t know if he was having a bad day or wha. But I felt so torned inside and that’s unacceptable definitely doesn’t recommend any one to visit this store. It’s the way you do Things and that’s was not polite at all. This store needs a cleaned up and better customer service

Today I've had the LAST straw they forgot my chicken nugget out of the 4 I PAYED for. This is not the first time and you will not be receiving my money at this location anymore. The nuggets were dry and burnt anyways. The burgers so oily I feel pimples in my mouth. Fry's cold and bland hardly any salt, the only salt I taste is how salty I am about not receiving my chicken nugget!
