Customer service was terrible and manager seemed lost and unconcerned.

This time we got an absolutely amazing gesture from the manager. My daughter never stops talking about Wendy's when we are home in Ireland, she loves Wendy's thru and thru.. she asked the manager do they sell the Wendy's sweatshirt they all wear.. he said No..Then gave her one, what an amazing gesture from the guy. Wendy's fans for life..

One girl basically threw me my bag.. it's definitely a manager problem because the girl who is supposedly a manager in there looked higher than a kite... Wendy's definitely has to hire better staff who actually love dealing with customers.. this is by far the worst Wendy's I've been to in all of Orlando and that's adding Kissimmee as well...
