  I arrived at 705 in the morning and was told they had no English muffins, which eliminates a third of the menu, then they were out of ketchup and had no idea of where I might find any. Further, the sandwich was cold when I did receive my food. This may be the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had, even at an airport. Yes, I understand it is fast food, but ai also understand the premium they are charging for it and I think some basic expectations are not overboard here.

  I ate at the Orlando Airport (MCO)Wendy’s tonight and was a bit disappointed overall. When I went up to order, I was told there were only chicken sandwiches available tonight to order, no hamburgers. Seriously, where’s the beef? I know things can happen Beyond people‘s control, but strong Customer service can Go a long way. I ordered a classic chicken combo. The lettuce on the sandwich was wilty and brown. I would’ve preferred not to have any lettuce than the letters that was on my sandwich.

  was a tiny wait for food, understandable for a busy day but what was not understandable in the slightest of any sense was watching the older man in the back with a hat constantly cough and sneeze either into his hands or directly onto the grill was disgusting. It’s the season of sickness right now and to watch so many people eat burgers from here knowing what was on them made me sick to my stomach, would NOT eat here due to obvious safety and sanitary issues ……

  Memonne did our order (for my brother and i), first thing when i get up there i asked “do you guys have any spicy nuggets?” (i’m from CA and they have those there) she stood there leaned on the kiosk/register, looking out somewhere in the distance and said “no”.. my dad said they only have a 10 piece nugget when i was just gonna get a 4 piece, so i asked “is it only a 10 pc you have??” she was still in the same position, not looking at me and just nodded her head. i told her i wanted buffalo sauce and she didn’t even tell me they don’t have that and just put BBQ sauce instead. i told her i didn’t wanted bbq and to add creamy ranch instead. she didn’t say anything. and once i got my food there was no sauce at all. one of the nice guys gave me a couple tho. nuggets were good, fries were really .. boring. and my brothers burger he got, said it was the worst he’s ever had. overall it’s okay but Memonne really needs to put a smile on that face.
