  I always have great experiences here!! Its when things don't go well and how we recover it. My order got mixed up and i hope i am spelling her name correct MYISHA was able to correct it and provide the items missing! With a smile and respect! We are not perfect we are human. Keep up the great work Myisha you have great potential !

  La comida es realmente buena, las hamburguesas son deliciosas y conservan ese sabor característico que distingue a Wendy’s. Sin embargo, considero que hay aspectos del servicio y del mantenimiento del lugar que podrían mejorar. Noté que la atención al cliente no siempre es igual de amable o cercana, especialmente cuando uno es hispano o latino, lo cual deja una impresión un poco incómoda. Sería muy positivo que todos los clientes recibieran el mismo nivel de cordialidad y servicio. En cuanto al aseo, sería ideal mantener con mayor frecuencia el orden y la limpieza en las áreas comunes, especialmente en la zona donde se encuentran las servilletas, salsas y condimentos, ya que en ocasiones está desabastecida o desordenada. Lo mismo sucede con algunas mesas, que podrían limpiarse con mayor regularidad. A pesar de estos detalles, la calidad de la comida sigue siendo excelente, y las hamburguesas definitivamente valen la pena. Con un poco más de atención en el servicio y el mantenimiento, la experiencia podría ser mucho más completa.

  I ordered a double deluxe burger combo with out mayo, ketchup and requested them to put extra mustard on and add Bacon for the $2.00 off coupon that they couldn't figure out how to enter into their system, which they did do for me. When I went to eat my sandwich they hadn't added extra mustard and they still put the mayo, ketchup on that I had asked them to not put on the sandwich. They were much busier when I brought the sandwich mistake up to the counter. So I Just told the cashier to hand me some mustard. So I could add it to my sandwich since there wasn't very much mayo or ketchup and have time for them to make another one which may have taken a bit since they were busy. Wendy's sandwich artist need to pay attention to details of the customer's order.

  I’m not sure what the rules are at this location, but I witnessed a woman who claimed to be a manager treat an employee very poorly in front of me and my husband. We had just bought a Frosty but decided to go back around and order something else. We politely asked the young man at the window if he could throw it away for us, and before he could even respond, the manager started yelling, “What’s wrong with it?” and then snapped at him, saying, “That’s nasty! Don’t take customers’ food back,” right in front of us. When we asked who she was and why she was speaking to him like that, she rudely said she didn’t want to talk to us and asked, “What are you even waiting for?” even though we had just placed another order. The way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No one should be spoken to like that, especially in front of customers. Just because someone holds a title doesn’t mean they should forget how to treat people with kindness and respect.

  Food was nice, I liked it! The server on the counter wasn't the most friendly did their job but no pleasantries and the seating wasn't great! We were a party of 6 and struggled to fit into the large booth! I would eat there again if I was passing and fancied a quick burger though!
