However, the manager today made me never wanna come back to this Wendy’s for as long as I live. I placed an order using the official Wendy’s app and paid using my rewards for most of the purchase. Because their system was down, they didn’t receive the order. That’s alright, technology messes up a lot of times I get it. But how are you not gonna honor my order and give me what’s I’ve already paid for just because it didn’t appear in the system and I showed the receipt and app history to multiple employees showing when I placed the order and what store the order was for. And after 20 minutes of the manager not even acknowledging me, she tells me all she can do is give me a biggie bag worth less than what my order would cost. I was so pissed at that point I just took it because I was done dealing with the situation. For the employees working there under that manager, I’m so sorry you have to deal with someone like that
