STAY AWAY FROMT THIS WENDY’S! This Wendy’s is literally the most HORRIBLE Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life! 😂😅 I went on 1/19 in the afternoon. Jesus was RUDE as hell. And the manager could care LESS and was just as bad. I tried to order a side of brownie batter sauce for my Jr Frosty’s since my child only like a little bit (I buy a side of brownie batter sauce at every other Wendy’s for 53 cents every-time. Never been an issue at any other Wendy’s I’ve gone to.) He gave me the RUDEST look when I asked, and then the manager said “Maybe at the other Wendy’s the manager allows it, but NOT HERE!” Like what?! 😂 Never coming back to this Wendy’s ever again!✌️ Jesus even made me remove my car keys out of my car so he can see the frosty’s key tags MORE to give me my Frosty’s! Mind you: I showed it to him from inside the car, and that STILL wasn’t enough for him. I Had to actually REMOVE the car keys out, turn OFF my car and put the keychains in front of his FACE! ✌️ Never AGAIN! 😅

They didn't even mention that they were out of a menu item until after I had picked up my order and then asked for the missing item. They almost let me leave with a mostly empty bag. They didn't offer an alternative or refund either, I had to ask for a refund and then it took them 10 minutes to give it. I'll never return.

This a Wendy’s deserves an award. In all the businesses I’ve ever interacted with this is the ONLY business where the AI is working correctly but the humans mess up every single time. My orders consistently come out wrong. I give my order and the AI will write it out correctly. I can see it on the receipt yet the folks making the food mess it up every single time. Does no one care? Does the manager take naps in the back? When you go inside to have the order fixed you’re never the only one lol. There are multiple people asking for orders to be fixed. Hey OWNER, your people do not care. It cannot happen every single time, lighting doesn’t strike me when I walk outside, it’s not just me. (Please don’t reply to this asking me to contact you or provide more info, just fix your business. Easy).
