In all the businesses I’ve ever interacted with this is the ONLY business where the AI is working correctly but the humans mess up every single time. My orders consistently come out wrong. I give my order and the AI will write it out correctly. I can see it on the receipt yet the folks making the food mess it up every single time. Does no one care? Does the manager take naps in the back? When you go inside to have the order fixed you’re never the only one lol. There are multiple people asking for orders to be fixed. Hey OWNER, your people do not care. It cannot happen every single time, lighting doesn’t strike me when I walk outside, it’s not just me. (Please don’t reply to this asking me to contact you or provide more info, just fix your business. Easy).
