Went to the counter and the manager didn't give me an explanation until I asked why my food wasn't ready. Her explanation while she walked away from me was that she didn't see my order. When there is a huge monitor with orders there visible. I asked for my refund and was given a dismissive attitude. For a tourist this is a bad start for my experience here in Orlando.
