I had to go back around the drive thru to get straws and exchange the wrong sauce packets. The food was hot but certain parts of my order was not fulfilled correctly

Is it corporate policy to leave a customer standing at the register without being acknowledged? Horrible customer service! This is how my co-worker was treated at this establishment. He ended up walking out and spending his money across the street at Wawa. My advice is go to Chick-Fil-A where they value customer service!

The store manager James was absolutely amazing! He was very polite, helpful, and professional. He definitely deserves a raise. 10 out of 10 for his excellent customer service👌🏾
