I go inside to ask for sauce she tells me I need to pay 50cents extra for each sauce! I explained my order didn’t come with sauce and she proceeds to tell me they have no bbq… so I ask for ranch and for two biggie bags she expects me to share one ranch… I then tell her I need one more sauce because I’m not sharing, and she tells me there’s no more sauce!!! I’m highly upset with the service… this is the first and last time I’ll hear about paying extra for sauce at Wendy’s for a meal that’s supposed to come with sauce…

The lady at the window was combative when trying to correct my order and seemed annoyed with me, I was STILL kind as I had an autistic child in the back of my car! I told her the milk she gave us wasn’t chocolate and she passive aggressively insisted it was so I left not wanting to cause a problem… to then open the milk and it wasn’t chocolate. We sat in traffic to come back to get the correct one, for the person behind the desk to have the same attitude. Pay these people more so they can be kinder to us guest spending our money ! Always been a horrible experience here ! Especially with having an autistic child with me, that wasn’t cool at all.
