We mentioned having the three mobile orders and was asked “WHAT’S THE NAME?” with lots of attitude behind the voice. Whoever was working on drive thru needs to tighten up. I, too, work at fast food and I get it. But you also decide to work at this place. You’re gonna get lots of customers coming by late night. This happened Monday Dec 29 10:30pm. Also, didn’t say “Thank you” or any courtesy.

I was running late for work, so I couldn’t wait any more, and I made the mistake of paying cash, so they didn’t give me even a receipt, or I don’t even have a CC confirmation that I can dispute or mention to a manager. Infuriated beyond words, because it’s honestly the worst and slowest customer service I’ve ever seen. There were literally at least four people working at the store. I live four blocks away, and unfortunately I will be never coming back again. Infuriated!
