    Staff did not allow my daughter to use a bathroom before making a purchase first. This despicable unAmerican practice resulted in us expediently seeking another restroom. Needless to say the bathroom brake and post bathroom coffee purchase happened elsewhere.

    Przyjechałem około godziny 20:00, sprawdzając wcześniej na Google, że restauracja powinna być otwarta jeszcze przez dwie godziny. Niestety, drzwi były zamknięte. Najbardziej irytujące było to, że obsługa była w środku, ale całkowicie zignorowała mnie i inne osoby podchodzące do drzwi (widziałem kilka rodzin i grupę około 10 osób z vana, które również odeszły z kwitkiem). Zero informacji, zero chęci wyjaśnienia sytuacji. To nie tylko skrajnie niegrzeczne, ale i ogromna strata zysku dla właściciela. Działał tylko Drive-Thru, ale zamówienia przyjmowało AI, które miało poważne problemy ze zrozumieniem, co chcemy zamówić. Musieliśmy wielokrotnie powtarzać i zaczynać proces od nowa, co zajęło niepotrzebnie dużo czasu. Kiedy w końcu udało się złożyć zamówienie, w okienku otrzymaliśmy złe jedzenie. Nie sprawdziliśmy tego od razu w samochodzie, ale frustracja była już na tyle duża, że po prostu odjechaliśmy. Absolutnie nie polecam tego miejsca. To mnóstwo zmarnowanego czasu i nerwów.

    Went and ordered a Bacanator Combo with everything on the burger, Biggie Bag with only lettuce and a Dave’s single Combo with a side of ranch. We were handed only a Bacanator with only lettuce and the Dave’s Single with two fries. And on top of that the burgers were raw and pink. I would add photos but am not able to.

    I ordered a combo that included a burger and some nuggets for my girlfriend. When placing the order, the system automatically asked which sauce I wanted for the nuggets, but it didn’t ask for any sauce with the burger. When I went to pay, I politely requested a sauce for the burger, and the cashier informed me that there would be an additional charge. I usually come to this same location, and they’ve always given sauces when I’ve asked which I really appreciate. I completely understand charging for sauces when customers request several extras, but charging for just one sauce feels a bit unnecessary. Small details like this can make a big difference in keeping regular customers satisfied.

    I would give them a 0 if I could . I was visibly in distress and had to go to the bathroom because of traveling . I asked if I could use the Bathroom and she said you must make a purchase . I had to buy a soda which I clearly didn't even get , but I paid because I had to go - I guess this is new to me because where I come from we are not treated this way . If you gotta go - you go Do better at this location please Not everyone wants to use your BR for doing wrong
