They offered to remake the order but they were very busy and the drive through was wrapped around the building so I would be waiting a while. I placed the order ahead so I would not have to wait as I had little more time. I left and filed a complaint on their website and received an email that the franchise owner would be contacting me but so far I have no heard anything and it's been 3 days now. They don't care, they take your money and just hand your order to anyone. So if you're hungry and just want to eat for free walk in here and tell them you have an online order, they won't check your order number or name they'll just hand you someone else's food to get you out of their hair.

Let alone the times that the staff messed up the order and asks you to pull over while waiting on fresh fries and forget that your there.
