Someone makes a mistake and is apologetic ok I can work with you, but you attempted to keep my card, no apologies, hide behind a language barrier yet I speak Spanish too, and then look at me like I am the fool that couldn't do their job correctly. Worst Wendy's hands down and it is mainly due to the staff.
