  Our first time here and had an excellent experience. The staff (looking at you Victoria & Andre) were engaging and went through a few menu items and recommendations. They even checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food. We split the Cajun burger and a grilled chicken BLT with seasoned fries - all delicious. Add on that the store was very clean and looked well maintained.

  Such an amazing experience. The food and service was amazing. Andre cooked an amazing Philly and Simon was very proud of the business. Veronica was the best. She took care of me and literally made my experience unforgettable. Please give these three a raise!!!!!!

  I had a great experience at Wayback Burger! The staff kindly let me know I could have my burger wrapped in lettuce instead of buns, which was perfect for me. The team was friendly, and I felt well taken care of. The burger was especially tasty! Oh, and I also tried the onion rings—they were a nice bonus. I’ll definitely be back!

  Wayback Burgers in Orlando, Florida is cool hidden gem just down the road from Universal Studios! A good menu where you can choose various burgers! Staff explains the options for sauce and toppings! And they serve a tasty Cheesesteak, too! Impossible Burgers and Chicken Sandwiches for those not wanting a burger! Food came out hot and fast, too! Check them out!

  I place an order on line for 2 chicken sandwich the orders were made completely wrong. I called to get a refund because this is not the first time that this has happened. The young lady I spoke with stated to me that her manager was not in the the restaurant and the employees were running the restaurant on their own and that she did not have the authorization to do any returns.And that she would call her manager to see what time he will be back to give me my refund. And she would call me back to let me know, i never received a call back from her so I called her back 30 minutes later.She stated that the manager would be back in an hour.It was 7 51 at the time 8 51 came around.Still , no call and a restaurant closes at ten. This order was not made through DoorDash, it was an order that I placed myself and I worked close by so I sent another person over to pick it up. I had that person return the sandwiches back to the restaurant. The young lady I spoke with earlier stated that her manager stated to her that, they would have to look in the cameras to see how the food was prepared before I get a refund. I still have not received a refund on something that I return and didn't keep . I spent 18.51.
