- ASAngie Sanker6 days ago1.0Ordered online and immediately realized my order was placed at the wrong location. Called 2 minutes after order placed to cancel the order and explained what I did and that they were located over a hour from me. I was told the order was made and I can not get a refund. The nice girl who answered the phone asked again and was told no refunds. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told he was in a meeting. I asked his name (Ralph) and that I would call later. I have called 3 times and every time the phone is picked up and hung up right away. I am truly disappointed because I was told how good this place is. Obviously I will not be ever going here in the future. I cannot believe people and act like this and that a business has a policy like this.

The smoothies were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly blended. I tried their new cranberry mai Thai , and it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had:) The service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations. They took the time to ensure my order was exactly what I wanted, and it really made the experience I’ll definitely be coming back! So excited for this new location!
