  Today was my birthday, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I am a regular customer and spend money here often since I live right across the street. I didn’t know about the rewards app before today, but once I found out, I immediately downloaded it and even offered to show my ID to verify that it was truly my birthday. Despite that, I was still denied any birthday reward or courtesy. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. The manager himself, along with other employees, rejected my request. As I was leaving the store, they began laughing in a way that felt mocking and disrespectful. It was very hurtful and honestly embarrassing. I’ve had completely different experiences at other places like Starbucks, where they were kind, welcoming, and even gave me birthday stickers that made my day feel special. Here, I was treated with indifference and disrespect, despite being a loyal, paying customer. This experience ruined my birthday moment and left me feeling very sad. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location again. Y la respuesta fue igual de mediocre que la atención, porque el punto no es solo que me negaron algo en cumpleaños es que no saben valorar un cliente y además de eso se burlan con risas. Patética atención, patética respuesta, por eso jamás serán como Starbucks 😇🤞🏻

  Love coming here after the gym three times a week, but the only thing I really cannot stand is when the girls are Having a full-blown conversation While making my flatbread I don’t like the way they are constantly talking over my food. It was so bad one time I told them I didn’t want that Flatbread because while making it, the girl was laughing so hard and talking so much I told her if she can make me a new one

  Always a solid stop when I want something fresh and easy. The food is consistently good, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I’m a creature of habit, and the pesto chicken flatbread has me in a loyal relationship — it’s that good. Their smoothies are refreshing, the portions are just right, and it’s one of those places I know will never let me down. 🙌✨

  took 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me had people come in before me and get their food before I did and my food was already ready
