  I recently visited Topped Off for a lunch date with my partner, and we had such a great time! We paid for a one-hour session to play as many games as possible, and it was an absolute blast. One thing I really appreciated is that Topgolf provides golf clubs for left-handed players—such a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the Angry Birds game and the new Blocks game they offer. Both were incredibly fun and kept us laughing and competing the whole time. The food was fantastic as well. I ordered a bacon burger with fries and a sweet tea, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The pretzel bites were delicious too! My partner had a chicken sandwich that was also well-prepared and worth the price. If there’s one thing I’d do differently next time, it would be to reserve more than one hour. One hour just wasn’t enough to enjoy our meal and get through more than two rounds of play. All in all, I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back and defend my title as champion!

  An Employee At This Location Tried To Steal My Camera. I Don’t Understand How Only My Camera Can Be Missing From My Table And Nothing Else Was “Cleared”. If I Did Not Speak Up My Camera Would’ve Been Stolen For Good ! Keep In Mind My Camera Was On Top Of My Purse Near My 2 IPhones. And Also 2 Drinks And 2 Waters. If The Table Was Being Cleared, All Of That Would’ve Been Taken Too ! Not Just My Camera. Would Not Recommend This Location Cause They Like To Steal. And To Think I Signed Up For This Place Just For Them To Be Thieves.

  Our server & Golf expert was Brett and he made our experience really memorable and fun! He explained to us how to play gave us drink and food recommendations. Checked up on us a few times but not too too much; Never made us feel rushed. I’m looking forward to going with my family again and we will be requesting Brett again if possible. If you go ask for Brett!!!!

  I’ve been to this Topgolf location several times, but my most recent visit was disappointing. For 90 minutes of golf, three appetizers, and two rounds of drinks for two adults (and a 4-year-old), the total came to nearly $400 — which would be fine if the service and overall experience matched the price. Unfortunately, it didn’t. Our server’s shift ended midway through our visit, and she was largely unavailable leading up to the end of her shift, presumably for sidework as she prepared to leave. We had to flag down other servers just to get napkins and plates, and ended up ordering a round of drinks directly from the bar. Our last order of sliders arrived toward the end of our paid time (abount 3 mins before the expiration), and we were told we couldn’t finish eating at the table. Despite many open bays, we were still asked to move — which felt unnecessary. Between the high cost, inattentive service, and lack of flexibility, the value just isn’t there anymore. I was even considering this venue for a corporate event, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Edited after management reply: The response I received was a generic “we’re sorry, please visit our support page.” That pretty much says it all — they don’t actually care about fixing the issues, just collecting feedback to appear responsive. If you spend hundreds of dollars here, you should expect better service, genuine accountability, and a sense that your time matters. Instead, they want your money, your Google review, and more of your time filling out forms that likely go nowhere. Im not surprised this business is straining to retain customers. If I could short the company, I would.

  Service at the bar was very good. But the manger(Mac) at this location is very rude and needs to learn about customer service. My family I came here for my brothers birthday (we are originally from Michigan and have never had a problem in MI) and he treated us horribly. He didn't offer solutions to our problem when it would have been easier to just move to a different bay. Rest of the staff is extremely nice but that manager(Mac) here needs to be taught again about customer service even went as far as laughing to other servers right in front of us about us.
