all was great till a few hours after we had been there and our credit card notified us that we had charges to a couple places. 1 was topgolf in Dallas! Did an employee steal our card info!? ... And there were a lot of bugs dropping onto our table at dusk. YES I know, bugs happen, but whip them up!

If you go here, prepare to be nickled and dimed at every turn. They do their best to squeeze you down for every penny.
After already paying a not significant amount to rent a golf bay, you get upstairs and find out that you have to pay an extra $6 per person to make an account in order to play. Yes, you read that right. You’re forced to pay them so they can take your information and spam your email. I’ve made hundreds of accounts throughout my life —fast food joints, loyalty programs, hair salons, doctors offices, hotels, and at pretty much every business imaginable — and have NEVER ONCE had to pay in order to create an account—especially not when an account is required to use the service you already paid for.
Imagine going to a theme park, spending a hundred dollars buying a ticket, and standing in line to get on a ride. You get to the end, and you’re told that rides aren’t actually included with your ticket, and you need to buy an additional ride pass before you can go on anything. It’s bs.

We had made reservations online with said it was a $25 deposit we went there. They said it was peak hrs when it was a Friday at 11.00 Am $60 for an hour and a half of golf once we got there and got our bill they charged us for peak rates $85.00 instead said the $25 was for making a reservation online, but it didn’t go towards our golf set with the manager to discuss it and I don’t think he could even count. All he had to say was Ih Uh Uh he could not even explain th issue. We’ll never come back what a shame could be a nice place. . Guess we will be going to The Drive Schack for now on.

First off, before anything else... I've been going here for years, been to other locations, and Drive Shack. The balls are in AWEFUL SHAPE. Like What I would expect at a little podunk backwoods range, with Pinnacle Range balls they've been using for the last 20 years. And the rubber tees are either ripped to shreds, or basically tee you up half an inch. The laser to get a ball needs to be cleaned as well. Had to put my hand in front of it multiple times. Then when it came to getting our bay, my brother set the reservation for 3:30. He was getting texts saying "we're getting it ready, it's almost time" until about 3:45. So we're sitting at the bar, since we didn't get a text to go. We're there about 3:50, server gets us set up, and by the time we start playing... "You have 1 hour and 6 minutes remaining". I asked the server if they just start the timer on your reservation time, instead of when we actually sign in. She said "yes, we're trying to lean more towards the reservations". THAT IS FINE, except when we aren't even told we can go to the bay yet, and get charged for that. And instead of just extending us another 20-30 minutes, she came back with a "next time, $25 off card", because "there were other reservations. Fun fact... there were not. We weren't even allowed to PAY to extend our time. We brought our food into the bar, and looked down just the floor we were on, and saw at least 20 open bays. Some of our group said they had a good time. I personally will never come back alone, nor suggest Topgolf again.

Subject: Request for Resolution – Disappointing Topgolf Experience
Dear Topgolf Team,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit. I ordered the black bean veggie burger, which was overcooked and burnt. When I returned it to the kitchen, I received the same burnt burger. My fries were cold.
My husband’s chicken wings and potato skins were mediocre, and my son and his fiancée strongly disliked their loaded fries. On top of this, our bay was extremely cold due to the heating not working, which made our two-hour playtime far less enjoyable than expected.
The only positive was our bay attendant, who was attentive, but unfortunately did not offer solutions to the issues we encountered.
I don’t visit Topgolf often, but I have been several times and have never experienced such poor food quality or service. This visit was far below the level of experience I have come to expect.
I hope you can address these concerns to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Corporate contacted me regarding this issue and provided a partial refund. Thank you.
