I decided to request a refund and was granted one. The experience was frustrating and poorly managed. Fast food should not take this long for basic menu items. Considering the prime downtown location, this level of service is disappointing. This place certainly lives up to it's low rating. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this location.
