  1 star is to much for the really bad service they give. THE STAFF is so rude and full of very bad manners. This is the worst TacoBell in Orlando

  I didn't expect much based on the reviews but I was surprised, they kinda knocked it out of the park. Ordered on the app but they don't make it untill you get to the drive through. Everything hot. Everything better than normal. 5 minute wait. Very nice.

  I placed an online order for pickup and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I first went through the drive-thru and told the employee my order was for pickup. He told me it was ready, but when I got to the drive-thru window, I was told I had to go inside the store instead. Once inside, the same employee (the one with a crown tattoo on his face) was rude and disrespectful again. He laughed in my face and told me the order would take another 10 minutes, even though he was standing around doing nothing. I was not the only customer waiting; multiple people were waiting for their orders. In the end, my order took almost 20 minutes, far longer than what was originally stated. To make things worse, the food was cold when I finally received it, which is unacceptable after such a long wait. Poor organization, terrible customer service, and an unacceptable attitude from the staff. I do not recommend this location and will not be returning

  I came here a week ago to pick up an Uber Eats order to deliver. I came into the drive-thru because most taco bells are closed at 2:00 in the morning and require you to go to the drive-thru. In the app, it even says go through the drive-thru at the lobby is closed. So I figured the lobby at 2:00 in the morning would be closed like the rest of Taco bells in the city. I pull up to the drive-thru box and say I'm picking up the order. I am told to drive to the window. I get to the window, and the manager tells me that the lobby is open and I need to come inside. I said okay no problem I didn't realize it was open. I parked the car and go inside and as I'm walking up to the door, she is standing at the door with my order ready to hand it to me. Why on Earth would she not have just handed it to me at the drive-thru window when I was there? It was the same manager at the drive-thru window as it was that handed me to order at the door. I understand if the order is not ready to have me come in. But when there was not a single car in the Drive-Thru line and the order was obviously already there, I definitely don't understand the extra step when it was completely unnecessary. It was truly the most power trippy thing I've ever witnessed in my life. If you want the inside of the store to stay open, let the drivers know that. If you put in the app that the dining room May close and to use the drive-thru, most drivers are going to assume that 2:00 in the morning is going to be the close time.

  This Taco Bell location’s service is some of the best I’ve received. Every time we visit, whether it is dining in or going though the drive-thru, my family and I always receive the same welcoming treatment! I greatly appreciate the hospitality!
