  Every night I order beef and rice burrito and the alway put bean on it and charge me 8.50$ that does not make sence and when I come home i try my burrito it’s not what i orde even I tell them exactly my order

  Restaurant number 023290. Order #130. On January 25, 2026 between 4:00 - 5:00 pm. I came through the drive thru. I ordered a sweet tea and noticed a brown and thick clear mucus like substance in my drink. I need to be contacted right away as I will be seeking legal action. I am a pregnant woman who drank from the cup to look at my drink and see this. Unacceptable, I have been on hold with your complaint line. I spoke with the “manager” on site whom couldn’t provide me any answer besides “sorry” I called the number 1800tacobell and spoke with representative Carl. Who was extremely unhelpful. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUBJECT YOURSELF TO DRINKING SOMEONES BODILY FLUID (Spit) OR BACTERIA FROM UNCLEAN EQUIPMENT. Unacceptable

  Çalışanlarinın tamami bir birim tarafindan kontrol edilmeli. Içeride mutlu çalışan asla görmedim. Her zaman bir kaos ortamı var. Lezzetli tacoları var ama ortam ve calisanlar mutluluk vermiyor.

  They don’t even deserve 1 star. They short us two tacos and we go around front to go in and of course the lobby is closed. By this time the line is 10 cars deep. I call the store, “the manager” gets on the phone and says I have to wait in line again. I said no ma’am I’m not waiting because you all screwed up my order. She said “it doesn’t work like that” and hangs up. This is 1/9/2026 at 11:07pm. Ownership needs to be aware of the garbage they are letting run their store!

  Hats off to the manager on 11/26. They were having technical difficulties and slammed, yet she made it happen. You can tell she has her teams back, Taco Bell give that woman a raise.
