  Mind you now I used gas and paid with my money only to receive that crap. Now I drive back asking for a remake just for an employee to the manager to go back and forth with on the is how the dipping burrito is made. He went hell and back to expect that I should have eaten that. Bad customer service, bad food. His attitude was very nasty. He mad at me because the food is trash. Compared to the photo. The taco came balled up stuck together. In the photo is I had to open it up just to see that it was two. Now compared to the actual way it’s supposed to made. He should not work there at all. He needs more home training. He has no customers service.

  I was just here this evening and automatically driving through the drive thru the person taking my order was short with is patience and had a poor attitude. When I received my receipt, something in me told me to check. They charged me a donation fee which I did not consent to being charged for. When I waved my hand to get their attention one gentleman rolled his eyes as he walked over. I explained I didn’t consent to being charged that amount and also wasn’t given my change back. He tried to say he did give me my change back, no he didn’t. Eventually he corrected himself and gave the amount back and took the charge off. I know he still didn’t give me the full amount back but it’s less than $2. Moral of the explanation.. do not steal customers money, do not charge them something they didn’t agree too, and lose the attitude when being held accountable. Your attitudes are repulsive and you’re thieves, do better.

  It does not matter the day of the week or time of day, this location is very poor quality. The workers are slow and absent minded, there’s no quality or accuracy check to mobile orders or drive thru orders. They’re constantly out of Baja Blast, which makes no sense for a Taco Bell, but never mark things unavailable in the app so they trap you into alternatives because they “can’t do refunds”. The lack of management and structure here has made our most recent visit our last.

  Placed an order at 7:58, didnt get it until after 8:30 and was offered a free taco as an apology because apparently the guy wasnt clocked in before my order came in, and also I had walked up 15 minutes after placing and talked with a lady she said she'll start on it. When walking up after 8:30, her and the guy that offered the taco were both sitting in the back corner. The customer standing next to me said its always like this and the employees take no accountability. Terrible service.

  There were 4 people ordering in the store, and every single item I ordered was wrong and they gave me the wrong drink size. The workers were upset that I asked to get my food with no sour cream, and the fixed food took 30 minutes to come out. For fast food, i’d hardly call this fast or food.
