  Ordered from them on door dash they made the food we got a dasher who drove to the next county over with our food so we canceled and tried to reorder and instead of them remaking the food they told us they made it multiple times even though they hadn't and canceled the order.( Mind you the store would still be getting the money for both transactions) Not only that this isn't the first time we had issues with the terrible staff at this location half the time they make all of our food wrong or straight up just don't give us some of our items after ordering it both online or in the drive thru. They choose not to make certain items on the menu and wont add or subtract anything we tell them too. I have also never seen a group of individuals at any restaurant or establishment that has to speak to customers that are as rude as they are. This is the worst establishment I've ever been to and taco bell corporate should really look into shutting them down considering there is a much better taco bell right up the road. Clearly I'm not the only one who believes this store is terrible seeing the other reviews.

  Do not come here if you dont mind waiting 30 mins for 2 burritos. Horrible service. Kids laughing in the back.

  Unos 3 tristes tacos 🌮 que no tenían casi nada de carne ni ensalada ni queso y el servicio malo entre al establecimiento y eso fue lo q me dieron horrible no lo recomiendo ni se si en otro sitio será igual la comida

  Mind you now I used gas and paid with my money only to receive that crap. Now I drive back asking for a remake just for an employee to the manager to go back and forth with on the is how the dipping burrito is made. He went hell and back to expect that I should have eaten that. Bad customer service, bad food. His attitude was very nasty. He mad at me because the food is trash. Compared to the photo. The taco came balled up stuck together. In the photo is I had to open it up just to see that it was two. Now compared to the actual way it’s supposed to made. He should not work there at all. He needs more home training. He has no customers service.
