The kiosk approved my payment but froze afterward, and the money was immediately withdrawn from my account. Instead of helping, the employees kept making excuses and saying the charge was “pending,” even after I showed them proof it was already taken. I had to call my bank and have them explain it directly to the workers, and they still refused to fix the issue. No food, no refund, no apology—just attitude, especially from one of the managers. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time. Will never go back.
