  Absolutely fantastic experience. The menu was fantastic and Bella from our wait staff was exceptional in taking care of us. If a member of management comes to your table with recommendations absolutely accept. We had caviar and other nigiri we never would have ordered and they were all amazing.

  They do not take reservations seriously. My wife called to get one table for 9:30pm. The hostess confirmed her the reservation but when we got to the place they didn’t have anything available, we were told they couldn’t find the reservation in the system. They cannot play with people’s time like that!!!

  First time coming and it was delicious but be aware they charge a non-gratuity service fee of 2% in addition to an auto gratuity of 18% on every table. The sushi was amazing and it is priced to match. The non-gratuity service fee is surprising - our server told us it is for operational costs like when a glass breaks. My personal opinion is those types of fees should be baked into how you price your menu.

  Best sushi in Orlando hands down! Every time we visit Sushi Saint is an incredible experience. Kin makes every guest feel like a regular. Take him up on every single one of his recommendations, they never disappoint! Maddie, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat with. Sushi Saint is our favorite date night spot, we can't wait to go back!

  Sushi Saint is one of those spots that feels cool without trying too hard — and somehow still totally works for a 10-year-old sushi fan. I took my daughter for a little daddy-daughter dinner, and the hand rolls completely stole the show. They’re not your typical oversized, falling-apart cones. Each one is made fresh right in front of you, perfectly crisp nori on the outside with warm rice and insanely fresh fish inside. The texture contrast is what makes them special — that first bite crunch followed by the soft, flavorful center is next level. What I loved most is how interactive it felt. Watching the chefs hand you each roll one at a time makes it feel intentional and kind of magical — especially through a kid’s eyes. My daughter kept saying, “Dad, this one is my favorite,” after every new roll. The flavors are clean, elevated, but still approachable. Nothing felt intimidating or overly complicated, which made it perfect for introducing her to higher-quality sushi. We tried a few different hand rolls and honestly couldn’t pick a winner — each one had its own personality. It turned into more than just dinner. It felt like a little memory-making experience. Sushi Saint somehow makes sushi feel both special occasion and relaxed at the same time. Definitely coming back for round two.
