I put in my usual but was told something was out of stock, so I ordered a steak and cheese. It was picked up immediately and when got it (less than 10 minutes) it was cold. Not room temperature , but the meat was cold. I requested extra spinach and got none at all. I also asked for white American cheese and got provolone, which I don't like. The sandwich was not tasty, despite heating the meat in the microwave, and because of cheese I don't like. I threw most of it away. Even the soft, delicious cookies they usually have weren't as good as they used to be. I've been to this subway many times and each time the experience has gotten worse. Subway used to be a favorite of mine, but that is quickly changing.

The sandwiches were fresh, tasty even with a line and nonstop orders. Tay stayed calm, friendly, and professional the whole time. Huge shoutout to Tay for holding it down and still delivering great food and great vibes. This Subway is lucky to have him.
