    Im just going to need an apology from the woman that worked last night, Jan 6, 2026. She closed the store like 45 minutes early. Sweet as she is, she didn’t feel like baking some cookies for my family and I. She found every which way to talk herself out of having to do that. She ended up giving me two bags of chips on the house though. Come on though, close at 10. Can we stay open till then too? I get it, no one wants to do this play anymore but can a brother still get some chocolate chip cookies. Okay bye. Mr. Kushh

    I've had horrible customer service the last three times I've visited this location. The staff behind the counter always seem grouchy and unwelcoming. They don't greet you, and half the time you're just standing there waiting for someone to come out of the back to even start your order. It was so awkward that I tried making conversation and joking around, but was met with a dirty look. On top of that, when the lady asked if I wanted a receipt, I didn't hear her. When I politely asked her to repeat herself, she raised her voice and snapped, "RECEIPT?!" The food itself is good, but the customer service makes the experience terrible. I'll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

    was disappointed to arrive at this Subway for the second time today, only to find it closed half an hour before the advertised closing time. Could you please ensure that your posted hours are accurate, or that the store remains open until the stated time? This would really help avoid inconveniencing customers who drive here specifically
