  at 10:06 PM, my friend and I visited the store and encountered a female staff member. We were looking at the menu while waiting for her to finish with another order. After she was done, she turned to us and asked, “Anything else?” which confused us, since we hadn’t ordered anything yet. When we told her so, she seemed irritated and mumbled under her breath. We then ordered the $6 Meal Deal, but she put in the wrong meat of the day. When we politely asked about it, she became upset, threw away the bread in frustration, and looked visibly annoyed. Later, when it came time to pay, she also charged my friend the wrong price, not the correct Meal Deal price, and again showed an attitude of displeasure. We felt very uncomfortable with her behavior. None of this was our fault, yet she made it seem as though we had done something wrong. This experience was very different from my previous visit, where another staff member — a blonde woman — was friendly, attentive, and much more professional. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I don’t think this particular staff member is very suited for customer service.

  Great service. Lauren and her husband that work here are both great and kind! We appreciate it on our vacation.

  Nobody ever picks up the phone, it always has a busy signal. How are you suppose to get in touch with a manager regarding an issue?

  This is the best subway I been too in a while, it’s huge and they have modern setup inside. Lauren is the nicest employee & very sweet. I love her personality and the food is fresh!!! The inside store is very clean and I will be back tomorrow
