- LRLakshmi Rajagopalan5 days ago1.0We went there with a lot of excitement, but there was only one lady employee. Her name was Krystal Palma- Leblanc. When we were about to enter the subway, she was sweeping the floor with the broom, and after we came in, she kept the broom aside and then started scratching her head. I was expecting her to wash her hands, but she just took the gloves and was ready to take our order. As I was thinking about my order, she went to the computer to accept an online order with the same gloves and then came back with it and made our order. I had ordered 4 footlongs, and she made them in such a hurry. She forgot to put cucumbers and piled them up on jalapenos. Our subways were very spicey and my kids had hard time eating them. After finishing our order she came out to sweep again. She was again scratching her head and had her hands all over her face. She was coughing and didn't even bother to cover her cough. Totally Unhygienic !!!

She was coughing and scratching her head while serving our order. She was also cleaning the floor while we were eating right next to it. One of the worst experiences at Subway, ever!
