At 9:15 PM, a group of 7 of us walked into the store, and we were told there would be a 20-minute delay because they had too many orders. While I understand that businesses can get busy, the way it was handled felt unwelcoming. There was no effort to accommodate us or offer a solution. As customers, especially coming in as a large group, we expected better service and organization. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations
