- LLLouysJan 3, 20262.0I am an ex-store manager with 5 years of Subway experience, my husband is an ex-district manager with 10 years of experience. The store was very clean, but that's about as good as it gets. Upon arrival at 12:15PM, there was nothing but stale bread from last night and white bread available. We know by corporate standards you are not supposed to keep bread from the previous night. I got my usual, and could not get more than 2 bites into it without getting the worst case of cotton mouth you can imagine from the bad bread. My husband asked for herb and cheese, and it wasn't yet cooled off for serving. Overall very disappointing experience, and not how we would keep our own stores by any stretch.

I put my head down on my backpack with my headphones on and this lady with blonde highlights knocks on my table to abruptly get my attention and rudely kicks me out. I’m thinking she assumed I was a homeless person or something but even so it was so rude and aggressive for no reason. I wasn’t bothering anyone and I had bought food there. I had put my head down for five minutes at most. It did not deserve this level of hostility and aggression .
