  One of the best dining experiences I’ve had with my family. Our waitress was about to shift change, and stayed on to take care of us. Could not have been more hospitable. I have a 3 and 4 year old who she accommodated every need before we even needed it. Could not have had a better waitress. I wish more people could experience that service on a night out. Now on to the food. We had 5 appetizers all delicious. Complements to the chef, my 4 year old said the steak we ordered tasted like candy. 100 % recommend. Great food and service.

  We ventured out after a day in the pool, and ended up here. We sat outside as it was a gorgeous night, and had Mason, a beautiful young lady, as our server. The steaks were amazing, seafood also, but the grilled asparagus….OH. MY. DELICIOUSNESS! The drinks were awesome, but Mason was the true MVP, she was awesome! Thank you!

  Let me blunt. I don’t do google reviews and I rarely give perfect ratings, but I can’t deny the best restaurant experience during my 10 day vacation. If you want that old fashioned cozy atmosphere with southern hospitality, go to Saltgrass; an ironic name considering that barely any salt was added to enhance or mask the flavor of an already perfectly cooked steak. As such, you don’t leave feeling full, craving water, or angry with amateurish, impersonal staff. Nothing but pure satisfaction. Just wish they had a location in New York. We would be regulars.

  I recently dined here and ordered the steak and shrimp with onion rings. The steak was cooked properly, which is always a plus. It wasn’t particularly seasoned, so I did have to ask for A1 sauce to add some flavor, but overall it was decent. The bread that was brought out to the table wasn’t very good, and the butter was pretty tasteless. It didn’t add much to the meal and felt like an afterthought. My friend ordered the shrimp and artichoke pasta and unfortunately wasn’t impressed. She described it as dry and lacking sauce, which made the dish feel incomplete. The biggest disappointment, however, was the restroom. It was not well maintained and noticeably messy, which took away from the overall dining experience. With some improvements in food quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness, the overall experience could be much better.

  My girlfriend made a reservation for the Saltgrass in Orlando, on Vineland for Valentines Day. She spoke with the Assistant Manager Ashley. She proceeded to ask my girlfriend if she was celebrating anything other than Valentines. My girlfriend Charissa proceeded to tell her we were going to see Harry Potter and the Cursed child earlier in the day. Ashley then began to have a conversation about Harry Potter with my girlfriend on the phone. When we got to the restaurant after the play, the Manager on duty seated us and when we got to the table there was 2 bowls full of Harry Potter jelly beans on the table with a hand written note from Ashley. She was the kitchen manager this night, but came out to meet us and gave my girlfriend a huge hug. She also gave our son and his fiance a glass of champagne when she found out their wedding was next month. The whole staff gave us exceptional service throughout the night and treated us like family. Our waitress McKenzie was amazing and very attentive to our needs while smiling and giving excellent service. The floor manager Jacey stopped by and also took care of us with personal attention. On such a busy night as Valentines Day the staff at this restaurant was amazing and gave our family a very special night. Just when we thought it was over they gave us a huge piece of chocolate cake to share, ending our night on a sweet note. We will definitely be back to partake in some more great hospitality.
