  After a morning enjoying one of the many activities on International Drive, Saltgrass Steak House was calling our name and it did not disappoint. We arrived right around lunchtime, so the restaurant wasn’t busy and we were seated immediately. Our server, Jazmyne M, was absolutely INCREDIBLE. Kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. She set the tone for a great meal from the moment we sat down. Jazmyne started us off with warm, soft bread that tasted like it came straight out of the oven. For appetizers, we ordered their take on mozzarella sticks along with a Strawberry Lemonade. Both hit the spot. For our main dishes, we had the Filet with Truffle Fries and the Ribs with Grilled Shrimp and broccoli. The filet was thick and cooked perfectly, and the truffle fries were a solid first-time experience (I've only seen truffle previously on TV). The ribs were so tender they were literally falling off the bone, and the grilled shrimp had incredible flavor. I’d love to know what seasoning the chef used. Everything was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I would absolutely come back and order the exact same meal. That’s how good it was. And truly, Jazmyne was the best part of the experience. Highly recommend this location on International Drive.

The service was incredible, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the food? Absolute perfection. My steak was juicy, tender, and cooked flawlessly, the bread was melt-in-your-mouth amazing, and every side was packed with flavor. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. If you’re anywhere on I-Drive and craving a top-tier meal, this is the place to go. Saltgrass isn’t just dinner — it’s an experience you’ll remember. 🔥🥩✨

  First time here at SaltGrass, from NZ! The food was top tier, better than what we receive at home! (BUT, also tastes similar to home). We ordered ribs and steak combo w greens/Brocolli and Mac on the side. Best Mac and Cheese I’ve tasted, had a kick to it and a good creamy flavour (Mac can usually be quite bland). Meat was juicy and tender, cooked to perfection. Camille, our hostess was amazing and very accomodating! The atmosphere was great too, busy but not overly in an arrogant way! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and hopefully will come back again!! 10/10.

  Our server, Anita, did an excellent job and deserved her tip. The food was fresh and flavorful and the steak was very good. I chose the 12 ounce ribeye and it was delicious! The spinach artichoke dip was very good, as was the bread and butter served initially. We came early and was seated immediately without a reservation. They had people waiting when we left. Great value. Friendly staff. I'll always want to return to this place in future trips to Orlando. It was only 12 minutes from the hotel I stayed at. Nice views at night with ICON Park across the street.

  After all the horrible food we had in our trip, this dinner we had in Saltgrass steak house was such a delight. We tried 3 different steaks and they were all delicious. Before coming here we were scared since we saw a couple bad comments but after our meal we dont understand how a person can make a bad review to this food and service at all. Arliene was amazing serving us and everything we tried and also the draft beers were perfect. Definitely a recommend!
