  After a 3 hour wait at another restaurant in busy Orlando, we went to Sawgrass across the street on I drive. We were all starving and running low on patience, but Ashley Rose turned our entire night around by offering excellent service and attention to details for a large party for a birthday celebration. Everything was well prepared and tasty. We appreciate Ashley going the extra mile for us to get a better experience to end our night.

  My wife and I had a wonderful date at this place we were trying out. The steak was amazing! The fried onions, excellent...what is that dipping sauce. So good. Joel was very attentive. My wife drinks a lot of water at dinner and she never ran out, Joel just appeared and refilled. If you are looking for a great steak and service, definitely check this place out. Now, we went on a Wednesday around 6pm and it was crowded. Being on I-drive means it is probably a good idea to have a reservation no matter when you plan to go. Parking wasn't bad.

  For the past several years, this restaurant has been our go-to spot on Fridays, and we absolutely loved it. Excellent service, great food. We even became members. But everything good eventually comes to an end. We came back friday and out of nowhere were told that if we didn’t have a reservation, they were not accepting walk-ins. Since when? The restaurant wasn’t even full. There was even a time when we tried to make a reservation and were told they didn’t take reservations. The person at the entrance was extremely unpleasant and rude. My entire experience of years was ruined today. I will not be coming back or recommending this place again. Ps. Guess i’ll take my pregnant wife else were.

  We frequent this location every time we are in town and especially last night, we were quite impressed with the manager stepping in and helping bust tables, bring out food and other things to keep things flowing. The food is always excellent and consistent, and the customer service is outstanding as well. Definitely will continue to visit here! (Our waitress Christiana remembered waiting on us last time, even though we are from out of town)! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  We had a late lunch with almost no one in the restaurant. It was cold outside and asked to be seated by the fire. They host / server sat my daughter right next to it at a 8-top table without hesitation. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and suggested dinner based on our questions. Bread was served quickly, food was hot and prepared well. We had pork chops and a filet. Steak was cooked perfectly to temperature, and the chops were delicious. I worked in restaurants when I was younger, so I know “late lunch (3pm)” is kinda a pain for the kitchen and wait staff, and it’s easy to let service and quality to lack during this time. Shifts are changing, food is being prepped for dinner, ect. To get good service and food during this time shows quality restaurant leadership, and strong company values. We will absolutely make another visit when we are back in Orlando.
