They messed up the order and quickly corrected it. The Bartender needs a medal of honor🎖 . She saved this place from a brutal 1 star rating. Nice atmosphere. So much potential. Management really needs to step it up. Overall decent experience. They stay open til 2am which is great 👍. Hopefully they will step up the customer experience so I they can receive 5 stars all day everyday.

First, it started off with ordering drinks and food before running to the bathroom after first seating. But my drink and food was still not put on until after I came back from the bathroom. Which in the grand scheme of things is not a big deal to me, but i didn’t realize this was the first sign of mediocre service. After I got my food and drinks, I ended up finding a piece of hair in my food, which i brought to the male bartenders attention, which he offered a new plate of food. I of course picked up on this offer because I was hungry and came for this food. But after this, I was a little bit hesitant on eating and double checking everything that was on my plate. had to ask for new silverware after it was taken from the hair being on it, and one of my rounds of drinks was forgotten about, I had to ask a different bartender and the original bartender that I asked the drink for it didn’t realize he never served me the drink until I was done with the drink that was given to me from the other bartender ekkkk.

But the real highlight of our visit was our server, Katelynn. She was absolutely awesome — friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She checked on us often without being intrusive and gave great recommendations. It’s clear she really cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for Katelynn again!

Katelynn maintained a calm, friendly attitude even during the busy rush, and her attention to detail really elevated our dining experience. It’s rare to find service this consistent and sincere. Roco’s is lucky to have her — I will absolutely return because of the level of hospitality she delivered. Highly recommend asking for Katelynn! The food at Rocco’s is excellent and the Chefs and back kitchen do and outstanding job!!! I am looking forward to returning and trying the other many options on the menu.

One thing I really liked is that they prepare the guacamole right in front of you at the table. The flavor is fresh and very good, and that personal touch definitely sets it apart from other places. The food overall was good, and the service was also good. The staff was friendly, the restrooms were in good condition, and there is plenty of parking since it’s located in a shopping mall. There is also a terrace facing the river, which is beautiful and very pleasant to sit at, especially if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. The alcoholic drinks average around $14, so the final bill ends up being on the higher side but not extreme. The only downside is that the floor did not look very clean — it felt a little greasy when walking, which may have been because of the time we went. Other than that, it was an overall positive experience.
