  Although the food was genuinely good, the service left a lot to be desired. My boyfriend and I placed a carry‑out order, and when we arrived to pick it up, the person assisting my boyfriend seemed noticeably unfriendly—almost annoyed that we were there. When we checked our bag, we realized part of our order was missing. Since we couldn’t return to the restaurant, we tried calling several times, four calls in total, and none of them were answered or accepted. I completely understand that things get busy and mistakes happen, but the lack of communication made the situation frustrating. Overall, I would still recommend the food because it was enjoyable, but the service definitely needs improvement.

  I've been coming here with my mom for over a year now I believe and we've practically have tried almost everything. We've had street tacos, nachos, birra plater, birra pizza, quesobirra tacos, birra quesadilla, birra ramen, shrimp tacos, elote, chamoy gummies, mango nada and loca fruta My mom had a drink but I completely forgot what the drink was so whoops But I'd always go coming here because the atmosphere is always amazing. The service is always great. On top of that, I think we're like a regular because some of the workers here know both me and my mom. I will say the food takes a minute depending on how much many things you're ordering, but it's always worth the way. Sometimes it can be busy. Sometimes I can't, but it's always worth the way nonetheless because the food is so good. Everything is cooked basically and I want to say this to perfection. I wish I was joking but other than that I have nothing negative to say everything is great. I love the atmosphere. The people here in Is the table, the decor, the food, the drinks, just everything to the final things. Great hands down. Would recommend 10 out of 10. Everybody should come here and give it a shot I actually posted about this on my Instagram

  Food: We tried their lunch special because I wanted to get a good amount of food for the price. We were right. The portions were good. The hard shell was yummy! My husband loved his queso tacos. The rice & beans were good. The elotes come in a good size for $6. Service: we got there early but they kept an eye on our food to ensure to hand it to us once done. They were nice. Ambiance: they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have nice decor inside. Last time I ate there, they don’t offer free tap water. Not sure if it has changed and main reason why we did an order to go. They do have an app now that does rewards so I might be going back more often for lunch. If they could make better dinner combos with rice & beans, I would go. Also, complimentary chips and salsa like other places would make it awesome for me to sit there and eat but that’s my opinion.

  Quesa Loco en Orlando es simplemente excelente. Los tacos son brutales, súper bien servidos y con un sabor auténtico que se nota desde el primer bocado. El menú tiene muchísima variedad, así que siempre hay algo nuevo para probar, tanto para los que aman lo clásico como para los que quieren experimentar un poquito más. Me encanta venir aquí con mi familia; el ambiente es relajado y perfecto para compartir. Las aguas frescas son riquísimas, súper refrescantes y el complemento ideal para la comida. El servicio siempre es amable y de primera por parte de todo el equipo, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Jean, que cada vez que vamos está pendiente de nosotros y nos hace sentir bien atendidos. 100% recomendado. Sin duda, mi lugar favorito para comer birria en Orlando. 🌮🥤

  I had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Jean! From the moment we sat down, Jean made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out. Jean was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. He made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at just the right times, and handled everything with such calm confidence — even when it got busy. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly enjoys taking care of his guests. What impressed me most was his warm personality. He was friendly, respectful, and made the whole dining experience feel personal, not rushed or routine. Great service like that makes all the difference, and Jean absolutely delivered. If you’re lucky enough to have Jean as your server, you’re in great hands. He’s a true asset and someone who clearly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Jean, for making our visit so enjoyable!
