Gravy bread, cheese dip, fish sandwich, strawberry shortcake, and everything else my friends got were all extremely good, customer service was at 100%, place was welcoming and spacious and CLEAN and had a cute theme. Food was so so so delicious and FRESH. I just wish I lived closer or I'd be coming here all the time. WASN'T BAD PRICING, EITHER!! Love this place. I'd upload pictures of the food but by the time I take out the camera it's all gone.

He was very sweet and had the best customer service I have experienced in awhile as I didn’t know what I wanted because I’d never been here before but he helped me pick something I would like out after asking me a few questions about my tastes. The treatment from him really made my day and I will definitely be back. If you haven’t been here yet, try it out, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful first experience here at Portillo's Orlando Palm Pkwy!

Explained to an employee my son had a dairy, egg and peanut allergy and if they were able to assist. They said yes. They said there weren’t any eggs in the kitchen area. Went to view the allergy menus to find tons of items contained eggs. Also that cross contamination was not a guarantee in their kitchens which was not stated by the employee at first. On our best judgement we did not allow our son to eat here, however, something to be looked at so another family does not risk it on false information such as there’s no eggs in the kitchen. We’ve encountered better informed employees at smaller restaurants with less resources. This review is for educational purposes for other families with food allergies as well as the restaurant itself to review its training for allergy protocol and conversations.
